Internships

Contribute to Our Community

One of WIN’s most impacting contributions to our community is as a licensed child placement agency. They serve behaviorally challenged youth with family reunification and independent living goals.  Key to WIN’s success is its unique Family Strengthening Practice model. Currently, WIN’s Family Strengthening Practice model is undergoing a rigorous scientific evaluation by Morgan State University’s School of Social Work to validate the clinical model as an evidence-based practice. In addition to its treatment foster care program, WIN offers a Community Wellness Center. They offer individual, family and group counseling and community-based mental health services.

WIN Family Services offers numerous internship opportunities year-round. We currently have partnerships with Morgan State University, Coppin University, Loyola, University of MD, Stevenson, Capella, Bowie, UMBC, University of Baltimore, Sojourner Douglas; and we are open to interns from other colleges and universities.
