WIN offers a resource center for clients and members of the community who have experienced trauma and struggle in their lives. From clothing to toiletries, WIN’s goal is to provide basic necessities to those in need, ensuring their health, safety, and comfort. We understand that there are situations in life that are beyond our control. It is also our firm belief that communities must work together to lift up brothers and sisters in need. Our vision is to have unlimited resources to be able to give to individuals and families that are having difficulty providing for themselves.
WIN provides unique opportunities (sports, day trips) for those that we serve. We have partnered with numerous organizations, churches and companies that provide donations of school supplies, food, duffle bags, and more– partners include Comfort Cases, Together We Rise, and Panera.
WIN is committed to serving the community in every way we can. Annually, WIN supports the Catonsville Strawberry Festival with Hunting Presbyterian Church. Each year, hundreds of community members gather at Hunting Presbyterian Church to enjoy a barbecue, carnival games, sweet treats, face painting, pony rides… and of course, strawberries! WIN staff and their families always enjoy serving the community–our kids loved serving snowballs this year!
WIN loves to create memories with those that we serve. Each year, WIN sponsors a Christmas party for consumers and their families. Through donations and an annual gift drive with Heaven 600 AM (iHeart radio), WIN is able to offer a gift for everyone that comes!
It is our goal to be a source of continuous support to the youth and family we serve. It is our wish to keep a constant supply of items in stock as the needs of the community are plenty! WIN appreciates the generosity of the community and will accept donations of the toiletries, home goods and gently used clothing.
